"My doula gave me time to rest and recover while I could trust her to watch my baby boy. She gave good advice and I became more and more secure in handling the situation on my own."
"Our doula was a great fit for our family, I was able to get the sleep I needed to recover knowing our baby was cared for through the night."
“Our doula took the time to get to know her clients personally and really learned about the families she is working with. She doesn’t just care for the baby; she cares for the clients too.”

Amidst the concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that Mother Me is taking every precaution necessary to reduce your exposure to the virus. Our staff have always been extremely cautious about their own safety and hygiene and that of our clients. We understand that newborns are susceptible to any kind of virus and therefore we always are always on alert - washing hands before and after touching anyone. All of our staff follow the “suds before snuggles” rule. We have to make sure the baby is always safe which of course our number one rule. This is why our doulas never sleep on a shift.
We have put measures in place so that if the staff is having any symptoms related to COVID-19 they immediately report to Liza and will be taking work off. In that case we will have a replacement for upcoming shifts. They all are required to take their yearly flu shots. They do not come into contact with large numbers of people and they keep strict hygiene. Our doulas are currently self-monitoring and will take additional precautions if indicated.
Thank you for your patience.
